NETWORK CLUB SPECIAL
June’s Network club will be held on the special date of the 10th of
June and the special location will be the Beeckestijnpop festival in
Velsen Zuid.
This is easy to reach by train or bus so please check the website www.beeckestijnpop.nl
for all the details or check below. (from station Driehuis it’s a short
walk, just head for the music!) All SAE students have FREE entry to the
festival.
During the festival a number of students will be mixing and recording
and everybody is welcome to come and see them at work. We will meet at
18:00 (you may arrive at the festival when ever you like) by the mixing
console of the Irrational library stage where the students are mixing.
(this was voted “best atmosphere” at last years festival) There will be
the usual festival antics, drinking, dancing, smoking and being sick
plus a chance to check the set up of the P.A. You also get to see all
the bands playing including at 20:40 headlining band Fishbone. This
festival is a lot of fun and usually around 10,000 people turn up to
enjoy them selves so, please come and join them and us and have some
fun.
Cheers Bruce
